Series 31 examination

Futures Managed Funds Exam:

For registered representatives of a securities broker-dealer whose only involvement in the futures industry is the solicitation for commodity pools.

The Series 31 examination is composed of 45 multiple choice and true false questions. You will be given one hour to complete the examination and a grade of 70% is required to pass.

The following items are included in the study manual:

Chapters one through six, with a review quiz and answers, examinations, as well as with complete explanations for each question.

Once you have completed the six chapters, you must practice the three final examinations.

Here is the correct way to study the final examinations.

First, read question one and all the choices. Immediately go to the detailed explanation and read it carefully. After you understand the correct answer, see if you can determine why the other choice or choices are incorrect. This will assist your comprehension. Proceed to the second question and follow the above steps. Once you have finished final examination one, retake the exam as a closed-book exam (preferably the next day). Then grade your exam.
