Series 23 Exam - General Securities Principal (Self Study)

Purpose

The Series 23 is a 100 question limited-qualification exam that upon passing will allow a candidate who also passed the Series 9 & 10 to qualify as a General Securities Principal (normally obtained by passing the Series 24).

The Examination

The Examination is composed of 100 multiple choice questions. A maximum of 2.5 hours is allowed. The candidate must score 70% to receive a passing grade.
