Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam:

For registration in individual states as an investment adviser or investment adviser representative.

The lessons contain the basic information that you must know for your exam. They should be studied carefully. After completing the lesson book, you should review the examinations.

Each of the four examinations should be completed at least twice. Use the explanations to be sure you understand the rationale for each answer. To be properly prepared, you should score above 90% on each of the practice exams.
